That's not boring, it's a nice colour! And at least you know that everything else (Engine bay, door slams) will match

I’m hoping so as I’ve not seen a good example. My 25 year old paintwork is good from afar but far from good. It’s 100% stock so it just seems to be the right thing to do. Besides engine bay and door slams matching it gets to keep its original stickering apart from the boot lid. I’ve had someone make up a silver 2.3i sticker for that as they’re no longer available.
