Brilliant putting that together Paul, thanks!
Surprised there is such a variance in the drive-line losses off the Dyno and wonder why mine would be highest?
Hard numbers aside, the order of cars definitely feels right.

Was a good lil meet.
I blame my low numbers on the 4.64 final drive and dynodaze confirmed that on instagram.
Still was nice to see multiple Preludes again.

interesting to note this, as i have a 4.64 final drive as well. i'm guessing there's bugger all you can do numbers wise to accomodate this on a dyno run?RattyMcClelland wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2024 8:06 pmI blame my low numbers on the 4.64 final drive and dynodaze confirmed that on instagram.

This is why you can't really trust the flywheel estimate, because drive train losses are a guess and if the dyno doesn't even know what you've got.........
I had mine on a different dyno 3 weeks earlier, it showed 8 bhp more at the wheels (revved slightly higher) but a whopping 39bhp more estimated at the flywheel.

I wouldn't even trust the rev calibration , I didn't see a clamp go onto the HT leads so they must manually calibrate it based on the rev counter?Vtecmec wrote: ↑Wed May 29, 2024 10:55 amThis is why you can't really trust the flywheel estimate, because drive train losses are a guess and if the dyno doesn't even know what you've got.........
