I have a new Blackberry coming tomorrow(how the bloody hell am I going to work that!) I am not complaining as it is free and all calls as well as its from a company I sub contract for.

i had a 8250 and it was crackin. little buttons though so good luck

Well I have got the thing.Several hours sodding about with it and it will still not me connect to the interweb thingy.
Still I have worked out how to send emails, make phone calls and take pictures so far!

I think you mean 8520 as 8250 is a REALLLYY old Nokia.

Menu options are easy, I set enough of the buggery things up, just hate the buttons on them

Paul have you enabled Blackberry services? could be why your internet wont work.
