Had a new boiler installed last week in the house. As the hot water is now pressurised, we've had a small leak under the kitchen floor all week. The extent of the leak only came to light after the hall carpet was getting wet
So this afternoon, I have ripping up the kitchen floor and cupboards
Got the plumbers coming round tomorrow afternoon. Insurance company phone call in the morning
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.

Ouch man! Water inside sucks I live in a top floor flat built circa 1880, and currently have a shower in the living room when the rain gets really heavy. Insurance came round, told me it was a 'maintenance issue', charged me £500 for the callout, and fecked off. I hope you have more luck with them!
