how to copy a thread over from puk

well i thought maybe it was time to copy over the prelude pickup profile over from puk to here but not being a computer whizzkid i find its not as simple as copy and paste so would anybody like to write a thread on how to for the stupid people on here

You'll also have to delete the emoticons and any font colours/sizes, as they don't translate over here.

For the correct size pictures using Imageshack, use the 'forum' link;
