Official JAPSHOW Thread - 29/30 June 2013 - LAST CHANCE

Post by Gayno » Sun May 12, 2013 9:45 pm

Right then guys, Japshow tickets are booked slightly differently to the other shows.

First Step

You book your own tickets here: https://www.eticketing.co.uk/santapodra ... fault.aspx

Scroll down to the correct date: 29th\30th June

There are 4 options

1) JapShow Wknd Adm Jap - Weekend ticket for Japanese cars (includes camping)
2) JapShow Wknd Adm Non Jap - Weekend ticket for non Japanese cars (includes camping)
3) JapShow Day Adm Jap - SUNDAY ONLY ticket for Japanese cars
4) JapShow Day Adm Non Jap - SUNDAY ONLY ticket for non Japanese cars

Or by calling Santa Pod directly on 01234 782828

Tickets are per person, NOT PER CAR like Japfest.

I am doing this to make life on me slightly easier (I'm away on holiday soon which will get in the way and delay the tickets), plus I still have to pay a larger booking and postage fee for a club booking, so by the time I have passed this on to you plus the extra postage from me to you it doesn't work out much, if at all, cheaper.

Second Step

PM me with your address and I will send you a stand pass. I ask that you only do this once you have purchased your tickets.

Without a stand pass, you will be directed into public parking/camping and your car will not be allowed into the club display area.

I have a small amount of funds left over from Japfest, so I will just bung stand passes in the post second class at no extra cost to you.

It is important that you only request the amount of passes that you actually need. Japshow have introduced a new measure this year, whereby every club must fulfill at least 75% of the passes allocated to them, or risk having to go through stricter booking procedures in the future. Based on numbers at present, I will book a stand of 15 cars and extend if necessary.

Step Three

Turn up at Santa Pod with your ticket(s) and stand pass and have a damn good weekend without me
