All PMs that I try to send stay in my Oubox

I have some issues with the forum, all of the PM that I try to send stay in my "Outbox" and do not get sent.

Do you have any ideas/usggestions what might have caused this problem?

it stays there until its been read at the other end

didn't mention that , I thought it is like outlook and when its in the outbox its not sent
