that's the inner arch built up, new steel on the lower quarter and new lip on now. Starting to take shape.

New lip welded onto the outer quarter and buffed back.

New plate welded and smoothed into lower quarter

Thanks. Not as easy as I thought it was going to be but turned out pretty good for my first time! Had a few folk already asking me to do there's which I'm chuffed about, be a pro in no time.
Starting the paint after work today. Haven't got high hopes for it tho

Painting is a whole different ball-game though, yep...

Did you form up the new arches yourself, or were they bought panels?
