Re: Marts lude
Went for an oil and filter change last night
But upon inspection, I have some serious oil leakage. The whole underneath of the engine was covered in a layer of oil.
The gearbox was covered in it. Looks like there is a leak coming from either the rocker gasket or vtec solenoid, or both.
On the other side, the sump was also covered in a layer of oil. Not sure if it's the sump gasket or if it's coming from higher up.
On top of that, to make things worse, the sump itself looks pretty corroded too
But when the car is parked up, it's not leaving any oil on the floor under the car.
We gave it a good blast with brake cleaner to clean it all up and dried it all off. Going to take it back next week to see if we can get a better look at where it's leaking from.

Re: Marts lude
Came back from work on friday and had a nice package waiting for me from sunny Florida!
Unfortunately the fitment isn't 100%
Doesn't look too bad though

I sold my Shortshifter then this was advertised so I thought I'd treat myselflewd lude lover wrote: tasty. it looks fine from here.
im toying with one of these. maybe the titanium one. lot of $$$ you have fine deep pockets there mate
Ended up costing around £45 delivered from the USA, which i thought was good considering people are selling them £10-£20 more here in the UK
It fits in the gap pretty well, just the holes don't line up 100%
& cheers marc
