Here goes, I guess I've finally found the wheels I was looking for. Here they are fitted and I'm very pleased with them.

I've also lowered the suspension by another 15mm on the fron and 10mm on the rear.

For tyres I've gone with a set of Hankook Ventus S1 evo's in 205 40 18, the choice was very limited due to the fact that they're 18's and I needed a slight stretch. They've ended up coming from Germany but went on no problem, my local tyre fitter was a bit nervous when I told him the size but he said if they seal straight away then there shouldn't be a problem.

Think it might be a bit too low now though?

I like it. Very V.I.P.

I think id prefer the wheels less shiny or maybe like a Hyper silver colour but they really suit the car.

Claire is still on the fence over the shinyness but likes the fitment and the style of them.

As for scraping, it clears all of the speed bumps in our village which is good enough for me and the stretch on the tyres allows the arches to be clear with literally millimetres to spare.

Win win as far as I'm concerned.

It's the back that I think looks a bit too low really. Just the way the wheel sits in that arch or something, looks a bit out of balance with the front

Actually, I think that's my drive. I didn't take it from the other side because it looks to far the other way.
