Removing 3rd Gen door Mouldings

hey fellow members, i was wondering if you guys can help me out here .. i want to remove the door mouldings on my 3rd gen .. can you please tell me how i can do this without causing any damage, don't want to have ago as ill probably end up making a mess

Remove the door cards from inside then push the clips out from the back.

Th. Strips have metal in them so once bent they will never be straight again.

I couldn't get them off without damage.

Long nose pliers help a treat, but be careful as the clips may be brittle now.

Not all door mouldings have the metal strip, but you'll obviously know what you have.
