Hey folks,
I'm currently in the process of building up a h22a8 with full bolt on's and a P28 with Hondata S300.
I was planning on having the car mapped on super unleaded. However, I have been researching today and found out that the S300 can contain more than one ecu map which can be switched between at will.
My question for anyone who has had a lude mapped before, what octane did you get your car mapped with? Has anyone had their lude set up with two(or more) separate maps? Say 97 octane and 100+ octane? Or would there be any worthwhile performance gains to be got from a seperate map with higher octane?
Thanks!
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.

Mine was mapped on V-Power, but as the car was a daily at the time and the closest Shell garage to me was quite literally always out of V-Power, I always ran the car on Tesco Momentum (99 Octane). I never put anything other than 99 octane in her, and to be honest I couldn't tell the difference between V-Power and Momentum anyway ... Save a few shillings to
