in the pictures there is an aftermarket steering wheel fitted but this is not for sale you will get the original steering wheel fitted and working.
I do have the original cloth interior and it is in very very good condition. (ask for details)
As far as rusty arches go these ones are in very good condition, obviously there is a small amount that has been treated with anti rust chemicals
the rest of the bodywork is in very good condition for the age of the car, please bare in mind it is a 17 year old car
