Hi guys, just updating this for those interested. I bought the kit posted above from Vtecmec and had the conversion done by Honda HQ in Wallsall. This was the first time they had done one of these conversions so it threw up a few surprises for them, but they did a brilliant job for an unbeatable price considering the labour involved! They did comment on how tight the belt was after refitting but I know that's nothing to worry about and after about 500 miles of driving it sounds no different than it did before the conversion. Whilst they had the car I also decided to replace all the belts, water pump, and all oil seals, which is just as well as apparently I had a number of leaks. Overall I'm very happy I went ahead with this!

They charged £300 altogether for the tensioner conversion, as well as doing the water pump, all oil seals, etc.
