B20A Camshaft Gears

hi guys, i don't know if there is a topic regarding this, but i am currently using B20A4, Twin carb, SOHC, Manual. i was wondering if there are manufacturers for the adjustable cam gears? if there is, please kindly send me the link, if not, what other engine models share the same characteristics as the B20A4 cam gears so i can fit it as an alternative? thanks guys
