Thread subscribing

This might be a daft question as it may well be that I have just missed something in preferences but....

Is there any way of setting my preferences to automatically subscribe to any thread I have been active in rather than physically having to click on each thread subscribe button?

My Profile --> My Control Panel (Click)

Board preferences (Click)

Edit posting defaults (Click)

Notify me upon replies by default (Check "Yes")

... Had to ask myself
