Yeah I spotted that one yesterday and thought the same - needs nothing to get it sorted (provided the emissions isn't due to bore/piston wear problems, which is easy enough to test).
Corroded brake pipes can probably be sorted by wire brushing and undersealing over (corrosion of metal pipes normally aren't as bad as MOT fails suggest, IME) and the rest is such easy and cheap stuff.
