Yep, all 5th gens are the same shape... Just don't drive too fast

Although merc has had these for years and no problems?
maybe it depends how long they've been on the shelf and how well the door was cleaned/wax etc. stripped before they're stuck on?

We all know Merc doesn't exceed the speed limit and avoids dual carriage and motorways though.

When you fit them, heat the double sided tape with a hair dryer or heat gun until the texture changes to a slight wrinkle. This activates the glue and makes them 10x stickier.

You'll have to ask either @Mercutio or @lude-dude. I always assumed they tuck up under the seal, but then I'm not sure where the adhesive tape would come into play
