tracking 4 wheel alignment

i think my prelude is neeing the 4 wheels alligned, does any1 know if i have to get honda to do correctly? as i have 4ws? any info much appriciated.

You need a locking pin for the 4WS... I'm sure someone over on PUK was selling some. Hopefully another member can help :)

Mart609 was selling them, not sure if he still has any though :) But yes, you WILL (and I cannot stress the WILL part!) need a locking pin or some other way of locking the rear wheels when having it aligned.

ye m8, iv fixed the 4ws. had new brake pads put on today too as the lefthand 1ns were sticking to the caliper, thought that was the problem that my lude was all over the place, but still seems dodgy, so gona get 4 wheel alignment done. hoping that will fix it, failing that, its looking like a new steering rack an thats really costly :shock: iv not had the car abouve 65mph since iv had it is too scary.

If mart does not have one available there is the technical drawings for it knocking about somewhere. Hopefully someone will find them for you, I would be my connection (out fo the country) is crap. Then you can get a mechinist to fabricate one 8-)

yes i still sell them, i can get them made anytime, i usually always keep 1 by me anyway, so i've usually alway got 1. just need to drop me a pm
