Alright guys n gals
wee part time problem with my rear caliper/carrier
now and again getting a sort of juddering effect from rear caliper.
replaced the caliper about 3 weeks ago and found the pin to be seized again, when replacing it I,
freed it off, sanded and cleaned everything checked everything was moving and greased up ,refitted.
its like the pin or pins are sticking in the carrier and not allowing the caliper to move properly.
anyone experienced the same? possibly the pins a little bent?
EDIT* should point out that this corner has been stripped and serviced about 5 times coz of the pin sticking*
any info appreciated ,also if you have a spare carrier and pins to sell could you let me know
cheers!!
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.

Re: rear brake carrier
im fairly sure the pin with the flat sides goes into the carrier hole that is nearest to the ground
