Lowering springs on stock shocks for the track. what would be best for a buget. thanks

eibach do a good set of springs, that wont wear out your shocks

Tein are another good set of springs

Are they nice and stiff to or can u get diffrent stiffness in them.

There quite weak spring rates as far as track use is concerned, I've been told to go for 10kg and 9kg but those rates on standard shock would probably to terrible!

IMO save your money and get the Gaz coilovers that paw are selling( if there still available).
236bhp and 170ft/lb stock :whistle:

Too late ;)

A budget set of springs will only give budget performance

Much better to replace any worn bushings & get a decent fast road wheel alignment done first IMO
