Need a favour from a 3G owner!
Need a favour from a 3G owner!
I need someone with a 3G to do me a favour and measure
- their sills total length
- the length from the rear of the sill to where the rear of the door is
- the length from the front of the sill to where the front of the door is
I'm looking for some side skirts and I've found some nice ones for a 2G Lude but need to check for any differences, and things like end heights to see if the doors will foul them (there aren't any direct fit ones I can find for the Aerodeck). I do have some for an AE101 but they're quite a bit too short, it'd be nice to have something that's more of a direct fit / minimal modification.
If someone can help that'd be great, no real rush as my 'deck isn't going anywhere in a hurry
Thanks

I was going to poke my head up, but I'm a bit embarrassed by the fact that I've currently got spider problems in the garage I'll bust out the hoover at some point and once I've reclaimed my territory I'll try and take some measurements, however my sills are in a sorry state so there's a good chance they aren't the length they should be

So I've just done a measure up and it's probably a no go
Full length 75 and 3/4 inches
Rear to rear of door 18inches
Front to front of door 4 and 3/4 inches
Back to the drawing board then
Really struggling to find anything long enough that's also era correct (i.e. not bubbly shaped, something angular instead)
