Shame all these nice headers couldn't be manufactured to just clear the Prelude cross-member. I know its for H2B primarily, but it wouldn't be hard to adapt the design would it.

My custom 3" downpipe was no where near, probably worse than the above!

Still a good deal though. Nothing a little angle grinder and welding can't sort though.
