Are these a good clutch compared to an excedy etc

I've got a clutch that came out of my h22a8 5th gen , your welcome to have it for postage.

I had no issues with it, it was replaced with an accord type r one when the box was rebuilt. I can find the spec in the manual and measure it if your worried about the amount of life left.
