What strut brace would people recommend?
Currently got egay front and back, worth upgrading or staying as I am?

Yup.

You wouldn't feel any benefits of a rear lower one unless you're driving serious hard on lowered hardened suspension, and even then it's not a necessity.

I got my rear strut brace for sale, A Cusco brace ;) 8-) in good nick.. see pics, has a few marks.. but what do you expect from a second hand part!
