Well I tried fitting a glass sunroof to my 4G today, and after modifying the brackets it bolts to, I found that it sits far too high, about 10mm at the front. That's with no shims.
Is there a fix for this?
I thought maybe replace the brackets themselves with flat plate (the existing ones step up a bit), but I'm not sure that would do enough.

Hi guys, I know this thread is a few months old. Believe it or not, always wanted to do this on my Ludes but never had the chance. Recently got my hands on an all stock 93 VTEC and believe it or not, I'm finally doing it. Haters are gonna hate that it is a 20+ year car, but we Lude lovers know why is it we do what we do. Anyways, my question is: has anyone tried using the 5 gen headliner instead of the 4 gen one? Has anyone compared them? I know the 5 gen doesn't have a 3rd brake light mounted up high. Maybe it would look a bit cleaner for the 3rd brake light? I was just curious if it has been tried before. Thanks in advance!

Hi @cejaslocas Haven't read of anyone trying a 5g headliner in a 4g.
Not all 4g's have the high level brake light (in fact most don't) it's just a matter of changing the rear plastic part, to get rid of that. The non brake light version is a one piece, straight across.
