) are a rare one, can't remember the name - think the front bumper is generic kit though. im sure the gods will correct me.

Yep, it's the full Wings West kit with the big mouth bumper. Not sure on the spoiler. Those look like Hiro eyebrows though. The ebay ones don't have any slats, and nor do the Wings West ones.
