Most likely the coils are gone and you can't fix this.

And finally I managed to shoot some clean pictures of the new dash. Work here is almost done. I will shoot a video soon and also some daytime photos.
My work on the interior lighting will continue next weekend. I need to print the small dials for the heater panel and 3 small plates for the fog lights and roof buttons. With the old ones the blue and red light behind the symbols doesn't look so nice and bright so I have to take care of this too.
