Re: Honda Insight Mk1
not quite yet This is one that has had her seal of approval, I only bought it because she decided she wanted it as her next car, and shes now very excited for it to arrive She does a lot of miles and so I think it's about time she had something fuel efficient and in good shape, we were adamant on an import so this fitted the bill perfectly.
To put the fuel efficiency thing in to perspective, the past couple of weeks she's been using my BB4 instead of her usual MR2 - just today she mentioned how good the lude is on petrol if the lude seems good the MR2 must have been dire Provided the Insight runs like it should then we should save a fair bit on fuel whilst getting Laura from A to B comfortably and reliably

Re: Honda Insight Mk1
They're certainly unique looking
I like it personally, but I think aerodynamics were higher priority than overall looks when it was designed. I think there's a couple of nods to other Hondas in the design though which I quite like.
I'm not a fan of the mk2 so much, we had a demonstrator at Honda that was metallic brown and we nicknamed it the slug... as it both looked and performed like one If you got the least sales in the month then you would normally be lumped with it as your run around as consolation prize.

Honda Insight Mk1 - Shipping date confirmed
Just a small update, I've received a shipping date from my agent This is due to be sent to Kanda later in the month for loading and departure 25th March, provided the voyage is uneventful the car should be rolling out on to the docks on 21st May. All I can do now is wait

It would be funny to drop a H22 into it.
