Wow. One of my favorite. Just not wide enoughwurlycorner wrote: Also... The type S alloys are undoubtedly the worst looking wheels ever fitted to a lude, so please don't put them on it...
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.

Re: Nitin's 98 SiR S-Spec
Wurly, I’ll get the light on the car for the MOT and I agree with Rats, Type-S wheels are one of the best OEM wheels for the 5G Prelude but not wide enough. I have got something that looks so much similar but bigger and wider.

Re: Nitin's 98 SiR S-Spec
Finally got my new wheels fitted to the car and here some pictures of the car. Enkei RP01 - 17x7.5 ET32 with 215/45/17. Choose these wheels as they are kind of like the OEM Type-S wheels but bigger and fill up the arches better and of course they're JDM..
Fills up the arches so much better
I know the car's body work needs an attention and it's going to be sorted out next month.
The tyres are catching on the rear arch a bit so will need to get the arches rolled too..

Re: Nitin's 98 SiR S-Spec
I wanted to keep to the OEM+ theme so was thinking original silver colour.. maybe a tad brighter so it stands out but I’ll see later when the time comes to refurb them.NafemanNathan wrote:One of my favourite wheels
What colour are you going to get them refurbished in?
