Lol.
I am in a hotel as we speak as I didn't want to pickup all in 1 day.
So far I have noticed just from drive over the peak district is:
Cruise control doesn't work
4ws works for 2 mins after the car has been started, then the light stays on
Wipers stay wherever you let go of the stalk once pressed down, twist it and it doesn't work, squirt doesn't work or make a noise.
Rear discs are rusty and not working at all but the handbrake does work.
5th gen sunroof squeaks and creaks the whole time.
Needs the biggest valet
The car is very nice though and can't wait to start

ive found my wiper motors were not working due to build up of green corrosion at the pump terminals
4ws could be dry solder joints on the 4ws ecu in the boot or crud on one of the sensors at wheel hub
The 5th gen glass roof is a lot heavier than the 4th gen tin top so that could be the reason - others have done this conversion so could help
Cruise control - who uses it anyway
TBH list you have is not that bad at all- you should have seen the list of jobs i had on my BB1 when i got it
Main thing is no rusty arches

Good buy - not likely to find many better condition out there
Cruise control - try switching it on/off at the main switch on the rhs of the dash and that may sort it. Other than that, it's likely just adjustment of the switches on the pedals needed (if they aren't making contactnto show clutch/brake are not depressed, then cruise can't be activated)
4ws almost certainly just needs re-soldering in the ecu, as vanzep suggested.
Bit jobby that those kind of faults weren't in the listing though...

i think that has all changed due to rising prices for ludes
its is better now to restore/improve and sell whole car
the years of very cheap mot failed ludes being broken for parts is gone and most who still have ludes have garnered a fair stash of parts to keep them going..almost all requests for parts these days are for small bits of trim and stuff.

Hi mate, you make me sound a bit of a lude killer there.
I traveled over 18 hours total to get my black one back. Not my fault a van wrote it off, I could of brought it back and do regret it but I took the £10k instead to sort out the silver one. The black one, apart from the engine was falling apart and was a fish tank. Not what it used to be.
The silver one will not be getting broken down and none will be binned.
If I do choose to sell then it will be as it is.
I now have a jdm bb4 import and a UK bb1 and always wanted white which I now have.
Will keep it updated on my build.
Don't look how many the Americans keep to themselves.
