Lo All
I had My Ludes headlight's refurbed again today by the Guy who did them three years ago.
He used a new ceramic coating to finish them off which is UV resistant so should last a lot longer
Here are before and after pics.
Cheers

Looks good, what was the process with this, are they sanded first or just polished and then ceramic coated?
I just did mine, sanded up to 1500 grit, then a few coats of 2K clear, came out same as yours, its the best results I've had so far and I've sanded and polished a few sets with just OK results.

Lo
Yep He machine rubbed them down using different grades of sanding discs.
Then applied a very thin ceramic coating that is 100% UV resistant.
He gets the coating from the US.
Yesterday He did a BMW X5 that He said was the worst He had ever seen.
The Guy had tried to do them Himself a few years ago with very harsh sandpaper then spray coated with very thick spray lacquer.
It took Him hours just to get the stuff off
Cheers

I do alot of headlight refurbs for my customers whilst doing bumper scuffs.
Far easier to just 400 grit the old yellow lacquer off, finish with 800 and then relacquer. They'll last forever and a day then.
