Sent my original 16"wheels off yesterday to get cleaned up and repaired/sprayed. Will do my 17" Accord Type R wheels when they're back and fitted

Glad I've got a few weeks before a local garage fit the headlights for me because, on closer inspection, the replacement ones just as nasty as my originals. So it's headlight cooking time tomorrow, and out with the polisher. The outside isn't too bad but the inside seems to have a lot of crazing  Are these things protected inside as well as the outside??
Yeah, I know I could do the headlight swap myself but with one thing or another (no MOT to get to my mate's garage being the main thing :P ) I've not actually had the time or inclination to do big jobs, hence the multiple easy peasy ones  Once the MOT is sorted I'm going to crack on. It'll be fun trying to squeeze the car next to my mate's Supra whilst he attempts an engine bottom end rebuild

4 sanding cycles and 3 polishes later (2nd hand headlight)

This is what I mean about "crazing" (look near the sidelight hole on this picture)

It's not got any better (or worse for that matter!) What is confusing the issue is that it appears to be in front onf the horizontal lines, making me think it's definitely on the outside :-?

You could get them professionally done then clear coat them

Been thinking the same to be honest. Sure you used to be able to get hold of the "lens only" I bet they were LHD though

I got mine clear coated don't suffer with misty lens since think a few on here have done the same.
I've tried aftermarket ones I personally don't like them they give the car a sad frog look 😂
