Maybe you're pulling harder with your left hand than your right?

Solution? Spank the monkey with your right hand more often

I dunno ATTS hey very even tyre wear, so far my ad08 are worn down the exact same rate to the nearest .00mm. But more driving is needed to find out.

@supermarine and gorgon: I think i spank it a but harder than you guys on roundabouts

@merlin: the geo was done at PAW by rich and he had an other look at it another time. All parts are lined up as they should be. like i say, when the tyres were new the car was perfecto. Its only after 11 runs on the right hand track at racewars and 50 miles of hard roundabout fun and country banditry that the slight effect has come back.

or i may just have the car set up so tight it follows the camber of the road regardless

unfortunatly the new tyres are directional so i will have to get them swapped on the wheels to wear the inside of the right hand tyre :( joys of performance i suppose.

The thing I'm thinking though is that you hit that brick pretty hard on the drive out with the left front wheel, have you checked the alignment on the car to make sure that nothing has been pulled out from hitting it?

nice idea crazy but i just caught the brick on the side wall. i didnt go over it.

also, just to write it for the third time, after the new front tyres were put on the car tracked perfectly. its only since i have been punishing the left front that its gently pulling.

everone corners harder turning right, i think maybe this isnt just because we drive on the right it may have something to do with the fact that your sitting closer to the right side wheel where as the left wheel is somewhere over there :ugeek: its a confidence thing or is it just road camber :?
another thought just accured to me, could it simply be down to the front wheel drive :ugeek:

I can't just find at the moment but I did read a while back that the left hand pull is due to a badly made piece in the gearbox/diff. I thought all preludes did it?

no, not with atts. it smooths out all oddities like that, and torque steer etc.

no its for sure the tyres as if i swap the wheels over the pull swaps sides.

I honestly dont think i give a damn which direction the corner is going :? left or right. if anything lefthand bends get a little more gas due to having the otherside of the road to wash out on (not that that happens  ) its the roundabouts thats doing it im sure. if i could go round half the roundabouts anticlockwise i honestly think the problem wouldnt have arisen.

bare in mind, if there are no cars and its a nice one, I could be at 85% throttle in second gear for two full rotations
