After ages of fkn around n/s rear is still not working. had to free up the cable connection as it was rusted solid. Took ages to get the pin out to clean it up. all parts moving but still no handbrake that sidevti2003 wrote:Mine just failed on that as well. I knew it was going to.
The lever bit the cable attaches to on the right hand caliper was partially seized.
Loads of GT85 and some encouragement with a big hammer and molegrips did the trick. Works lovely now!

Did JDM-BB4 (Dave) ever sell the ones he had for sale? They were either new or at the very least recent refurbs.
