iv had it a few weekends in the past thats why i want it so badbennyboy wrote:Cant get him to swap cars for a weekend first can you? You might find that once you've 'scratched the itch' as it were, that you may not want to live with it.
Of course, if you do, then crack on
yeh my lude is quick i beat most things but i raced him a few times its not even close man his 1/4 mile is 13.1 areaA1ex wrote:I do like the gt4 and awd does sound cool. Have you had a bit of a race with him to see what's quicker off the lights or anything? That would be a decider for me, wouldn't want to go slower in a new car
he gets 34 mpg on long runs his consumption is better than the h22prelude_h22 wrote:GT4 is a nice car - although i would rpefer the lude's fuel consumption over the celica's.
I hit the limiter in my h23 vtec still didn't kick in

white with castrol rally livery YES anything else doesnt really do it for me.

Mate had one a while back and must say i wasnt overwhelmed, Check the figure8s have been done as i believe you can only get them from toyota and there pricey

If they weren't soo bloody expensive to run I'd have one in a heart beat.
A mate of mine had a ST205 (the big fat one) and it went like something off something else (at work no swearing please).
Just a shame they're so ugly.

That is one of the best front ends I've seen on a GT4, but only because it looks mean
There's a same shaped Celica right near me (Don't know what spec it is) but it has rusted arches much worse than any prelude's I've ever seen! But the rest of the car looks mint. They quite literally look like someone has got a butter knife and smeared a generous helping of sticky-rust right around the arches and then baked them on gas mark 7 for 2 hours just so they bubble up lovely.
... Just saying you might want to check them out and keep an eye on them
